MEDITERRANEAN HARVEST FOR LIFE

As part of our “Church in a Cafe,” we'll be adopting a new healthy menu to address the absence of healthy alternatives in today's restaurants – the Mediterranean Harvest for Life.

Based on the dietary regimen of Mediterranean countries, it’s been proven to dramatically reduce incidents of heart problems, to lower cholesterol, to help prevent cancer and to help address the growing problem of obesity.

The brand, Mediterranean Harvest For Life, also has spiritual connotations.

The Apostle Paul had a Mediterranean diet and a Mediterranean harvest. Paul took 4 trips around the Mediterranean -- without the benefit of airplanes, cars or other modes of modern transportation.

As such, we hope by adopting this brand, we can encourage Christians to have a spiritual harvest from their lives.
