Global Institute for Transformation (GIFT), a not for profit organization, is committed to do everything possible to protect any information provided to us online. GIFT seeks to help people appreciate God's gifts of life, love and salvation. GIFT's mission is to motivate people about God's creation, saving grace and concern for others; helping people become more holy, loving forgiving, selfless, worshipful and joyful; enabling people to excitedly share the GIFT of God's saving grace; alleviating suffering among the world's 4 billion people living on $3 a day; creating new marketplace ministries and ministry funding solutions; transforming the Church to increase its impact in today's world.
GIFT's online privacy policy further demonstrates the importance of awareness and choice as well as describing the purpose for which information is collected and used. GIFT uses the internet as a tool to provide customers, members, partners, individuals and vendors access to information about our products and services.
Use of Personal Information
We use the information we collect to improve the content of our Web page, notify customers, members and donors about updates to our Web site and contact customers and members for marketing purposes. Where possible, our Web server automatically recognizes the domain name of customers, members or donor who visits our site. Apart from this domain name, we collect the e-mail and postal addresses and telephone numbers of those who communicate with us via e-mail and any information that a customer, member or donor volunteers, such as; survey information and/or site registrations.

E-Mail Addresses
You may receive periodic e-mail notifications from us about new products and services or upcoming events. Please contact us if you prefer not to receive e-mails.
Postal Addresses If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information about new products and services or upcoming events. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please contact us. You may also receive mailings from other reputable companies. You can, however, have your name and postal address put on our 'do-not-share' list by contacting us on that page as well. Please provide us with your exact name and postal address and we will be sure to remove your name and postal address from the list we share with other organizations.
Telephone Numbers Individuals we supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may be contacted by phone from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. You may also receive telephone calls from other reputable companies. You can, however, contact us to have your telephone number put on our 'do-not-share' list. Please provide us with your current phone number and we will make sure your telephone number is removed from any list we might share with other organizations.
Security
GIFT uses strict security systems to prevent information from being made available to any unauthorized person or business. GIFT's information systems are monitored for inappropriate access from unauthorized users through the use of intrusion detection and monitoring systems.
Policies for Individuals 18 years of age and under
We encourage parents to spend time with their children on-line and join in on the events and activities offered on our site. However, no information should be submitted to this site by individuals 18 years old or younger without their parent's or guardian's consent. We collect a child's name, e-mail address and postal address when it is volunteered through one of our on-line entry forms. We use this information for the purposes of communicating with them on various events, activities, products and services as well as to update them about new site content. Unless otherwise specified during registration, we will not provide any personally identifying information to any third party for any reason.
Children are allowed to participate in many of our events and activities. Unless otherwise specified on the registration form, information collected from children is not used for any marketing or promotional purposes except to create generalized market reports in which no personally identifiable information is included.
Parents may review the information we have collected about their child. A parent must be able to verify their relationship with the child before any information is provided. Please contact us to review information we may have collected about your child.
In support of GIFT's commitment to responsible information management practices, we will:
- Promptly honor individuals' requests to have their name, e-mail and/or postal addresses removed from GIFT's databases
