At GIFT, we believe a key building block to faith in God and our transformation is reasserting God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit as our awesome creator. Especially considering the world's focus is turning increasingly to evolution alone and is in fact discrediting creation. Which teaches there's no Creator. Which eliminates a fundamental Christian truth: that human beings are created in the image of a creative and loving God, with great dignity and creative potential, which is at the heart of Christian revelation. And it dismisses that we were created with a purpose, that God has a plan for us, and that He wants us to be with Him eternally. And it denies the fundamental truth that we are all blessed with the GIFT of life as children of a loving God, that we're all brothers and sisters - and that we should be concerned about each other, about justice and peace , about equality, and that we should live a life of love and compassion for one another just as Christ loves us.

All this denial of God's creation and its ramifications is so sad - and unacceptable - and an offense to God...

Concerned Christian parents agree: 60% of adults want creation taught to their kids (Barna Group web site); But there's no outlet for this teaching.

And on a related matter, Church leaders want us to realize the environment (God's Creation) is God's gift to everyone, and in our use of it we have a responsibility towards the poor, towards future generations and towards humanity as a whole.

In fact, Church leaders are increasingly concerned that we need to practice a different lifestyle, where our duty to care for the environment is linked to our duties towards loving human beings.

To address these issues in a fun, educational and inspiring manner, GIFT has created a curriculum and merchandise.

Our founders have been teaching this curriculum for nearly 15 years, with continual requests for repeat performances.

...Teaching Creation provides a strong foundation for belief in God, our loving Father. And God, as our awesome creator, deserves our worship and praise - and concerns Himself with the well-being of all His children, wanting us to share His love and concern one for another.

The complexities of this incredible world and the interdependencies between elements in this world - including such simplistic realities as our own body's dependency on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, fish and meat - argue forcibly that there must have been a creator who had the wisdom and power to design all this. This complexity couldn't have just happened or evolved without design and flawless execution.

GIFT recognizes that God, through Jesus Christ, created the world and sustains it today. Every life is part of His good and perfect gifts coming down from above. Gifts to be treasured and shared equally among all God's children...

Fact: man has never created anything that lives. Not one thing. Not the animals and plants that we depend on for nutrition. Not our awesome bodies. Not even a drop of blood, let alone our circulatory system or inter-dependent body of systems.

Consider, the seeds God initially created have continuously propagated and reproduced even by themselves -- to produce crops for us to live on today. They yield sufficient nutrition to sustain billions of people and countless creatures on the earth.

Psalm 136 captures the worship we should afford our awesome Creator:

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good. His love endures forever. Give thanks...to him who alone does great wonders...who by his understanding made the heavens...who spread out the earth upon the waters...who made the great lights...the sun to govern the day...the moon and stars to govern the night...and who gives food to every creature...Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever.

To give God thanksgiving and worship, GIFT will be continually developing creation-oriented scripture content and merchandise. This includes a line of merchandise that encourages us to Celebrate our Creator.

As part of Celebrate Our Creator, GIFT has created a curriculum to help children grow to appreciate God's awesome creation.

This curriculum can be used in Sunday School, Catechism, or as a Vacation Bible School.

GIFT is making Celebrate Our Creator merchandise, stickers, bumper stickers and lawn signs available to turn this curriculum into not only a memorable event, but also into a lifestyle of praise as well.

GIFT has also created a greeting card that Children can receive and also send to their friends and relatives to witness to the awesome power and provision of God.

Purchase of these items will help fund GIFT's global compassionate ministry outreach. In fact, purchasing and sharing these items can not only fund compassionate ministry, teaching the realization that we're all created as children of a loving God should encourage us to engage in global compassionate ministry as well.

CELEBRATE OUR CREATOR DAY - This Earth Day - Or Any Day

GIFT also encourages Churches and Christians to conduct a special event to honor our creator that's specifically aligned with the celebration of Earth Day.

Every April 22, Earth Day, you can help children celebrate "Celebrate Our Creator Day" with our formal curriculum. Thus, Earth Day becomes a Christian event when we encourage people to Celebrate Our Creator.

Through this, we directly address the world's growing omission of God and counter their diminishing of God through purely and solely focusing on "evolution theory."

Encourage your family members, fellow church members and community to Celebrate Our Creator all year round with curriculum support, merchandise, bumper stickers, yard signs and gifts.
