Our approach

The Institute for Transformation respects your privacy and aims to handle personal information carefully, transparently and only for legitimate purposes.

We do not sell or rent your email address or other personal information.

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, booking details, enquiries, form responses and communications with us. If you join an online program or purchase a service, we may also receive information about your enrolment, participation and transaction.

Our website and service providers may collect limited technical information, including device, browser, usage and cookie data.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, deliver guides, online programs and services, process transactions, send communications you have requested, maintain our records, improve our work and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use trusted services including Kajabi, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe and Zoom. These providers may process or store information outside Australia under their own privacy and security arrangements. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored in full by the Institute.

Email communications

If you join a waitlist, request a booklet or subscribe to updates, we may send relevant email communications. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or contact us directly.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies required for site operation, forms, analytics and user experience. Browser settings can be used to limit or delete cookies, although some site functions may then work differently.

Access, correction and deletion
